I’m Mike Kay (Michal Koscinski), an executive coach and business leader with 20+ years of experience in building companies, developing teams, and guiding organizational growth.As Co-Founder and COO of an environmental consulting firm in New York City, I helped scale the business into a recognized leader while placing a strong emphasis on leadership development.
